We recently hired Michael for a specialized inspection on windows installation (replacement of old windows). Given his extensive experience in construction projects, legislation and industry standards, Michael was the perfect fit for this task. He was very diligent and professional in inspecting the installation in details according to the Building Code and Standard for Windows and Door Installation. He clearly explained us the fine line between standards regulations and best building practices.
It’s worthwhile to mention that I sent Michael a number of pictures for preview; he took plenty of his time to explain us over the phone issues he found and answered all our questions; he went picture by picture highlighting his concerns over the installation and provided lots of additional information. Michael followed up with us twice in the next evening to resume the conversation and bring new information. We couldn’t be more happier with the job Michael performed
