Michael did inspections on 2 properties for me, my primary residence and a towrhouse I purchased. He was referred to me by a neighbour and I am very happy with his work. He spent a lot of time with me and was very professional. I would certainly refer him to others.

Michael is a nice guy. He did the home inspection on a home that I purchased. He is very detail orientated and not only explained things that were wrong in the house but also things that could go wrong in the house. He was actually less expensive than the other company I looked at.

I had Michael do an inspection on a house that I subsequently purchased. He seemed very knowledgeable about old houses in the area. Knew what to look for. His pricing I believe was competitive. The most valuable thing that I took away from the experience was that not only did Michael point out potential problems he suggested fixes for them. I feel he did a very good job.

I had Michael do a home inspection which I purchased. Because Michael has a background in construction he know buildings from the foundations all the way to the finishes. It is not just book learning that Michael has. He gave me some very valuable tips. I found that Michael actually listened to my questions and then explained until I said I understood. I found him to be on time and friendly.

Michael inspected a home that I was selling. The buyers were pleased with him and so I used him to inspect the home I was buying. I would say he is an excellent home inspector. He was very thorough and detailed orientated and I believe his fee was competitive. As well Michael is a very nice person.

After watching "Holmes Inspection", I was very wary of home inspectors and wanted to make sure that they did a good job. Michael brought his heat scanner and showed where there were gaps in the insulation in the basement. He found out where there was a lack of water barrier against the basement wall. He did a very thorough inspection of the property, including a thorough inspection of the roof. He also recommended a good pool inspector as well. Michael explained everything to us as he was going through the inspection and gave us a very thorough report including pictures which detailed all of his findings. Overall, we were very happy and confident with the service that he provided. He did everything that we knew he should do from watching many episodes of "Holmes Inspection". I would highly recommend Holley Home Inspection.
