He explained everything really clearly, and went the extra mile to make sure I fully understood the state of the house. Hiring Kevin for our home inspection was one of the best decisions we ever made. My Partner and I had looked and called several different inspectors prior to finding Kevin and what made a key difference was Kevin had clear expertise and ability to explain in simple language all aspects of the home inspection. His fee was also very reasonable among all other inspectors, he had an active certification and produced a pretty detailed report at the end.

Kevin showed up on time during our inspection, walked us through each part of the home, answered all our questions on the spot and also offered to answer any questions even after getting our inspection report to make sure we were satisfied and had no worries or doubts (he spent 50 mins answering these questions). All in all, I would say Kevin is the best home inspector you could ask for and would highly recommend his services.

Very thorough inspection. Inspector was very knowledgeable and patient when explaining all the details in the walk through. Gave comprehensive information on all items that require work, and realistic estimates and timelines for when work would need to be done. The inspector was also extremely friendly and polite.
