Michel is professional, he always came on time. We called him for inspection at 10.am and he is there dot on time. He explain crucial things like gas operations work which I believe person should be aware as it can be helpful during any mishaps. He explain what needs to be changed or can be added. Apart from telling the change he also help where we can but the stuff . Small things are are very useful for first time buyer and it’s good for buyers....

Michael is very courteous and provides professional home inspection service. He was able to point out various areas within the condo unit, that required attention. e.g. missing GFCI receptacles in the kitchen, bathrooms, small leaks in plumbing, to loose or poor fitting door jam. He is able to provide clear explanation of how systems work and is able to suggest workarounds. He included a comprehensive 21 page inspection report with high quality color photos.

Michael was very thorough and professional. He identified that the drain pipe in the kitchen does not meet the fire code as well as a few other issues. We would hire him again.

He was on time, thorough and provided us with simple explanations that were easy to understand. The inspection report is well laid out and easy to read. We would use him again!

Mike is an angel, after having two inspections done by insurance who wouldn't even look at the roof in its entirety to explain all the potential reasons for the leak in our garage. I decided to look on homestars and the web for a good inspector. Already, somewhat convinced by his reviews, I contacted Mike, he said he would have to also involve a roofer named Carlos to help with the process and get back to me in the evening. Having dealt with bad inspectors for over a week, and was told that the roof was fine with just shingles, even though it's illegal to the building code, I did not have great expectations. However, true to his word he actually did phone me as promised, and made a prompt appointment for the following Monday. He arrived on time with all the necessary equipment and his roofer Carlos who is very precise and courteous. Mike blew me away by his professionalism and kindness throughout the process, always answering questions, taking calls, giving advise beyond what he has to do. The report was also done and emailed within the week had one delay but he even took the responsibility and informed it would be one day late, wow, if I couldn't be more impressed already. Mike is by the book, from start to finish. I am so impressed I finally found a person with ethics and integrity in this city which is very hard. He is extremely easy to work with and confirmed what I knew about my roof and saved me more damages down the road, had I believed the other inspections. I will use Mike for all my home inspection needs in the future and recommend him as the best you can get and trust me I searched through many many people. His price is also very fair for the time he gives you. I wish everyone was like Mike. Thanks again Mike, for everything you have done for me, I'll never forget it.
