They do not take responsibility for damage done to property
The crew knows what they are doing. The driveway was completed nicely. The only unfortunate issue was that Pino refuse to take responsibility for damages done to our sprinkler heads. His argument was I need to tell him where our sprinkler heads were before they started the work. Suggest anyone hiring them to include a statement in the contract that Primo is responsible for any damages to your property caused by the crew. This will avoid being bullied.

Please note that this driveway was prepared early spring. The homeowner did not mention that the sprinkler was broken at time of driveway excavation. He stated that the damage occured when we excavated driveway, 6 weeks prior to paving
He waited until driveway was completely paved to advise us of the damaged sprinkler approximately 6 weeks after excavation . Upon completion the homeowner wanted $200.00 off of payment. It is unusual for us to to break sprinkler heads for they are on grass. We do not excavate grass area.Also our contract states that we are not responsible for sprinklers. Your sprinkler head may have been damaged during the winter, not by us. Usually snow plowing or shoveling snow damages the sprinklers.
