New Hardwood Floors and Stairs
We bought our new house, in Barrie, a year and a half ago. It was broadloom throughout except for 1/2 the main floor, which was natural (white) oak hardwood, which we loved for it's different shades and wood grains. Nicole hates carpet, so we decided we would remove it and replace it with hardwood that matched the existing flooring. This proved more difficult than we expected, as everyone seemed to be carrying red oak, not the white oak we needed to match our existing flooring. After months of searching, Carrie at Flooring Liquidators (Tycan Flooring) finally found us a match. We made the decision to finish the main floor and all of the 2nd floor as well as refinish the stairs. We couldn't be happier with the results. Adam, a self-admitted perfectionist, did a fantastic job and didn't even flinch when we decided to make a change to the stairs in mid-install. Rather he agreed it was a positive change and was "excited" to do it. He worked on it like it was his own home. No detail was too small to matter. The results show. Thanks Adam for your indulgence, professionalism and attention to detail. I would (and already have) highly recommend Adam and Tycan Flooring.
