R. J. Wiley Heating & A/C & Duct Cleaning

The person I spoke to on the phone was great, but the worker who came in was rude and extremely unprofessional. I will not recommend this company to anyone. Save your money.

I really don't understand all of the glowing reviews here. Based on the writing style of some of these reviews, I suspect some were fabricated by the company itself. The reviews on Facebook actually tell a more truthful tale about this company.

1st visit: rude guy that barely talks and is very gruff in his responses. Doesn't explain what he's doing when I ask and he doesn't do a very good job because our vents were still emitting dust a month later.

2nd visit and 3rd visit: called to fix the furnace. First guy says it's all fixed after he's done. It breaks down a week later. Called again to fix it again but they charge me again even though the first guy clearly didn't do his job properly. Also the receptionist was very rude about me inquiring about the furnace issue because she felt that it was our fault that it broke down the second time. I have never been so baffled in my life.

Do not go to these guys. There are a ton of other air duct cleaners and furnace repair guys that will do the job way better.

I had my furnace and duct work cleaned by this company, and my technician did a phenomenal job in cleaning the ducts! He showed me the images inside the ducts after the cleaning, and by no means I am VERY IMPRESSED with the work. He uses a machine that is hooked inside your basement duct work, and vacuums directly. This company uses NEW TECHNOLOGY, and does not have one of those vacuum trucks which have extremely long hoses. He also uses compressed air to blow the dirt downward to the source, through every venting. I strongly recommend this company for all your duct work. Had 17 ducts/returns cleaned for $300

After receiving alot of mixed reviews and prices from other companies, I received good, clear information from R.J Wiley's team. Fast appointment, convenient times. Good natured service guy and great pricing. For a job well overdue! EVEN MY HUSBAND'S A BELIEVER!

R.J. Wiley was able to give me an appointment within a few hours, the technician was very helpful and had everything up and running in no time. They were up front about the cost, unlike some other places I called for quotes. Thanks very much.

Needed a new air conditioner and furnace. Andrew was knowledgable and extremely helpful. Promised to get me sorted out by Tuesday next week. Also unsealed my painted over windows so I could get some air through the house. What a keeper.

I had annual duct cleaning done by technician Mike. He was courteous, professional and considerate of my pets. I am very pleased with the job and I would highly recommend R.J Wiley and Mike to anyone in need of this service or any other service offered by this company.

I just wanted to let you know how pleased I am with the service I received from your various representatives. A couple of weeks ago, a contractor I had in to estimate on some renovations, noticed a smell of gas. I called Union Gas and R.J. Wiley. Your representative, Andrew, was the first to arrive on the scene, and accurately determined the issue. Two days later, my brand new furnace was installed by yet another professional team, who not only installed the furnace, but cleaned up some previous messy duct work and drainage work. It's hard enough finding qualified technicians nowadays, but to get qualified technicians who have an exceptional service attitude is a rare find. Kudos to your organization for employing top notch staff. I am now a client for life.

I would like to comment on the recent service I received to my furnace repair.
Firstly, the receptionist (Katherine) was very friendly and explained the cost of the service call up front and promptly booked a service representative for me.
Your service technician (Andrew) was punctual and was also friendly and yet very professional, taking the time to answer any questions I may have had.
I would personally recommend your company to family and friends, with special preference to Andrew.

I called R.J.Wiley on Friday around 3:30 pm February 28,2014, requesting service on my furnace as it was not functioning properly. The woman that took my phone call was very polite and informative of the pricing, along with letting me know that she could have someone there between the time I called and 5:30 that same evening.
The service technician arrived and was pleasant, professional, polite, informative and honest. He proceeded to tell me the issue that my furnace was having, replaced the part, and when the furnace was still not working properly, he did some critical thinking and found that he had bumped a hose and knocked it off the piece it was supposed to be on. Rather than charging me for a part that I did not need, he was honest and told me what the problem was, pointing it out to me even, replaced the hose in it's proper position and again checked the function of the furnace. At this time it was functioning properly.

The billed was squared up and after he left I went into the furnace room to clean up his mess, like we all do after repair men, only to find that the room looked exactly as it had upon his arrival.

I will continue to use R.J.Wiley when furnace or air conditioning issues arise as the receptionist and the technician, have provided me reason to trust the company.
