Terrible Builder with substandard parts. Just ask any of the previous purchasers.
Many of the walls are warped, put new baseboard on the floor and the wall will show cracks, very poor after service (service people dont show up), cheap brass hardware that is rusting after just 2 months. Very poor build quality. Avoid at all cost.
