We needed to replace and redirect some older eavestrough and generally improve an addition previous owners had made to the house that was only protected with insulbrick. Leonardo came and provided an excellent quote and suggested ways to improve the eavestrough to not only make it vastly more efficient but also almost elegant.
The back addition was insulated with foam board and siding added to match an existing section and a doorway wrapped as well. The difference is fantastic. Tidy, neat and clean looking with R-value.
The crew was polite, efficient and cleaned up the site as though it was their own home. Leonardo accommodated some additional bits I wanted done willingly and more than reasonably.
This is the best experience I have had with a contractor and I would not hesitate to recommend or call them again. The crew has worked on at least three of my neighbours houses as well and everyone has been very satisfied.
