Ashton Heating And Cooling

My original AC, which was 14 years old, wasn't cooling the house properly. After running it, the house would only get down to 24°C. I started looking for a new AC, A-coil, and new lines. I found Ashton through Google and Homestar's. I used their online chat function on Friday night, and Bill got back to me on Saturday. He visited the house, diagnosed the problem, and determined that it wasn't worth fixing. Bill explained all the options for a new unit, and I ended up choosing the one he typically recommends. Ashton took care of all the warranty information as well. Bill has a great crew; they removed the old unit and installed the new one in half a day. The installation was neat and tidy (better than the previous one.) I'm writing this review one month after installation, and I'm very happy with the outcome. Thanks, Bill!

Im so glad a friend recommended them to install my gas line for my new gas range. I had some company quoted the services but it was so much. Ashton gave a very good deal I couldnt resist. I had to cancel once bec of an avoidable circumstances but they were very accommodating & understanding.. and finally when everything is settled Bill himself did the job ! He even set up my gas range for me to make sure everything was working well. Hes very nice guy & Im sure the rest of his team. Thank you all!! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND ASHTON HEATING & COOLING TO ANYONE!!! I would give them 10 stars!!

AC was not working efficiently. Needed two visits. Kate in the office was fantastic about getting the service calls arranged and great at communicating progress with me.
Servicemen were polite and efficient.

When I turned on the air conditioner, it would not start. I changed the batteries & reset the breakers for the air conditioner and furnace. Still would not come on.
I was referred by a friend to Ashton Heating & Cooling. I was extremely pleased with everyones service. Booking an appointment with Kate was so professional and pleasant. Kate said she would try to get a technician out earlier then the scheduled appointment and she did but I wasnt available. I like when I am communicated upfront the price of the service call without having to ask.

When I turned the air conditioner on the furnace a banging sound was coming from the furnace. When I called Ashton Heating and Cooling, they arranged to have a technician come out to access the unit. Corey, came the next day found and resolved the issue, inspected the entire furnace and had us up and running! From my first interaction with the office to my interaction with the service tech their company was first class!
