I purchased a pair of pvc column wraps from this company. The product quality is good and shipping was way faster than the initial estimate. However, these wraps are quite literal in individual pieces. 32 each column. The don’t include a parts list nor instructions. If you ask them for instructions they send you instructions for components of the column, not a set of instructions to build the whole thing. And they sent incorrect instructions twice. Once I got over that hurdle and read on the bottle of glue that you were supposed to apply it to both sides of the pieces your joining, it became quickly apparent that the 6 ounces they provided was not anywhere near enough to complete the installation. When I inquired about it they answered very quickly and dismissively that it was enough and that was that! I asked them to double check, because that couldn’t be right and they responded the next day that they sent enough! They really dug in and stuck to their guns and it was just ridiculous. Anyway, it seems such a silly thing and would have been so easy for them to send a little more but they didn’t and I just will not ever buy from them again as silly as it sounds. I realize it sounds petty but bad customer service is just a big turn off.
