After talking to a cleaner and inquired about a few things... I've come to realize that this company doesn't do background checks. This made me very concerned about who I've let into my home. Every week is a new face, so that doesn't help settle the uncomfortable feeling when you don't do background checks and the ladies I use to have never rotate back around. I'll be taking my business else where.

Unfortunately there is no name attached to this review and we have never had anyone reach out to us about this type of concern.
We most certainly conduct background checks on all of our staff and are very cautious about who is in our clients homes.
We find this review very suspicious and most likely fake, as we very very rarely ever rotate teams in houses as we set up our teams by geographic areas of the region.
If this person wishes to reach out to us and let us know who they are, we would be happy to explain our staff background check policy and procedures.
