I hired them to paint the exterior brick of my house last summer. James, the guy who owns this company I believe, came over and gave me an estimate, claiming that excellent customer service was differentiated his company from the other painting companies out there. This could not be further from the truth. He sent this painter named Daryl, who did a sloppy job, leaving paint splatters on my awning and fence. I didn't even complain about that because I usually hate to complain. However after I paid them, I noticed that they'd forgotten to paint the chimney.
When I called James about the problem, he assured me that he'd take care of it right away. This was last October and he has not called me back despite my numerous calls & emails. I even told him that I was going to leave very negative feedback on this site and still nothing. Just goes to show how much he cares about his business. I am now thinking of taking legal action.

I have owned our house in Caulfield, West Vancouver for over 15 years but haven't done anything to it since. Eventually my wife convinced me to get it updated with at least the paint. I didn't know where to start as I had never hired a painter previously. So I got a few quotes from different painting companies. Some were high, some were low in terms of price. Fresh Painting was certainly not the cheapest but they were by far the most professional. Their quote was very detailed and spoke to what I was looking for. They were also very helpful in helping me select "updated" colours.

They just finished the work today and I could not be happier with the way things look. I should have hired these guys years ago. Very professional, reliable and certainly highly skilled.

We searched the web for a painter in the Gravenhurst area and came up with 3 suitable candidates. Of the 3, James was the best. I had left a message with each painting company and James was the first to respond. During our first conversation I immediately liked James. He was extremely professional and we connected right away. He took the time to listen and made sure he understood our needs, but also provided valuable advise when required. Within 3 days James had driven up north to view the cottage and provide his quote, which was professional in context and very thorough. My wife and I were confident that James was the right guy for the job. The job took 3 days to complete and during the entire process James provide daily updates. We used Fresh Painting for exterior painting at our family’s Muskoka cottage in the summer of 2013. We found James and the rest of the crew to be great to work with from our initial phone call through the work being done to following up after the work was completed in order to ensure that we were satisfied. Very satisfied with fresh paintnig. I consider myself to be a very handy guy around the house and at first I was going to tackle this job alone. Boy was I overly ambitious! It was a lot of work and I only got through the front door before I decided to call these guys. They were great. They quoted a fair price, started the work when they promised, and finished in a timely manner. They tell me that the company started in Muskoka so we'll probably use them again up there at our cottage. I'm confident that these guys can handle a job of any size.

This company was very good at staining our large deck in Lawrence Park. Our deck has been beaten by weather for years and we could never seem to quite get the stain right. Fresh Painting worked hard to get in all the cracks. They also spent a great deal of time on prep, which was important to us. The crew was a pleasure to deal with and I will call them again.

I recently had my cottage on Lake Rosseau painted by Fresh Painting. The work was top notch! My cottage is up on a steep hill so the angles are very tricky to get at. The painters from Fresh Painting managed to reach all those tough spots and complete the work on time. The price was well worth the service I received. I will use them again.

James and his crew were fabulous. Our house is very old and the interior hadn't been painted in over 15 years. There was a lot of work to be done and James was very good at outlining everything from start to finish. We have used many trades people in the past but Fresh Painting stood out. We would gladly use them again and highly recommend them to anyone.
