Rock Bottom Underpinning (Rock Bottom) exceeded my expectations with its excellent workmanship, exceptional customer service, professionalism and expertise. I couldn't be happier with how the basement and the walk-out turned out.

I decided to hire Rock Bottom not only for its stellar reputation but most importantly, Jamie was easy to speak to. I really appreciated the time he spent to explain this complex construction process in a manner that we could understand.

Jamie provided comprehensive project management from start to finish.  He not only obtained the permits but also coordinated with the city inspectors and the engineers inspections of the worksite. If you don't have an engineer, Rock Bottom has a reputable engineering firm that they work with. He also kept me updated on the process and provided options which allowed me to make informed decisions as the project progressed.

Jamie was responsive to inquires and was amenable to my request to make alternations to the design of the basement walk-out.

The entire crew was amazing. They were pleasant, incredibly hard-working and were respectful of my neighbours and their property, which is incredibility important. My neighbours also commented on how the entire crew was really nice and respectful.

Quite frankly, the crew and Jamie specifically went above and beyond.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Jamie and his team.
