I was cleaning the outside condenser and made the mistake of using a pressure washer instead of a garden hose.
The excess pressure bent some of the metal fins inside the condenser which concerned me that the unit was not going to run properly or it would have to be replaced.
I called Energy Clean Home Services and the technician Hamid tried to straighten the fins out with a special tool and he assured me that the A/C would run properly and did not have to be replaced.
He is very knowledgeable about HVAC eqpt. and answered all my questions and concerns about the A/C and furnace as well.
He did not try to pressure me into replacing anything and assured me everything is running fine.
Very professional and I will request him next time I call Energy Clean for service.

Just had my leaky humidifier looked at and I had the pleasure of meeting Hamid. I was completely satisfied with services received by the technician he was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous, and got the repair done in no time.

My furnace conked out on the coldest night of the year. I called Scott at 6:30 pm. Within less than an hour his tech Steve arrived, identified the problem, replaced the defective part efficiently and professionally. Thank you Scott and Steve. I won't freeze in the dark tonight. I recommend Scott highly, always prompt excellent service.

Homid did an excellent job with the tune up/maintenance on our furnace and A.C. He was very thorough and professional throughout the time he spent here. Energy Clean did install a new furnace, a.c. air cleaner and humidifier a couple of years ago and they did an excellent job with the installation as well. Highly recommended.

Really great experience overall. Scott came and quoted on the replacement of furnace, AC, and water heater. He took the time to explain the reasoning behind the recommendation on equipment he made. On day of install, technicians showed up on time and worked efficiently and thoughtfully, minimizing the amount of time we were without hot water. Job was completed quickly and cleanly, and price was fair and reasonable.

Scott, Danstan and the team was attentive, helpful and friendly from the very beginning! Their product and package installation for a new furnace, AC and humidfier was fair and competitive after researching and reviewing other quotes. Scott took the time to explain and review the all the products. The customer experience I had and excellent service is the value added bonus! Danstan (installer) was accomodating, answered all my questions and cleaned the work area after leaving. I was able to contact Scott and Danstan after the install and I still got a quick response. I know that I am in good hands from start to finish and in future with Energy Clean! Thank you guys!

Scott went above and beyond the call of duty. He deserves at least a 12 out of 10. He spent a lot of time explaining my options, answering all of my questions. He even dropped when his guys were doing the installation, just to insure everything was running smoothly. Best of all he delivered and installed ahead of schedule

Scott really impressed me with taking the time to educate me, explaining the options to improve the air conditioning in our master bedroom. He was super responsive and his team (Kam and Vali) who installed the unit did a great job. They carefully covered the floors and stairs with blankets to make sure nothing is damaged. The installation was great and Kam, the team lead, took his time to explain how the unit is going to be installed and how it would look after the installation was complete to make sure the expectations are properly set, so no surprises at the end of the installation.
I am very pleased with the result and the service and happy that I found those guys. There is no doubt that they will be my preferred contractors for future projects.
