We had Brian from Radiant Siding came to fix the gap of our Vinyl siding. He was very patient and detailed to match the color of our old siding . The colour was 99% close to our original color that I almost cant tell any difference. He also ensured that is no water damage behind our old siding and he went to the store to replace the old insulation board that had water damaged
We really appreciate his craftsmanship and his attentions to details .

Ive had a flicker pecking the side of my house for a couple of years now due to missing piece of siding. This hadnt bothered me much until I had to stay home to recover from surgery. Listening to the constant pecking was a huge annoyance to me and my dog, and as the pecking was along the very top of my two-story house, I could only imagine how bad the damage was getting. Bryan responded quickly to my request for a quote, and was the only company to complete an actual site visit to determine the extent of deterioration. He provided a reasonable quote and once accepted, got to work quickly. Once the job was completed, Bryan explained the repair and showed me the before and after photos. It has been a few days now and the silence has been fantastic! I appreciated Bryans professionalism, knowledge and confidence and couldn't be happier with the result. Thanks Bryan!

From the initial quote where Bryan helped us determine the window sizes and style for replacement to the final invoice, we could not be happier with the service we received.

We initially had Radiant come in for an insurance claim, and were so impressed with Bryan and his team. He is very knowledgeable about the different types of windows and their benefits. After our insurance claim, we decided to get more windows replaced in our house as well as our back door which was bleeding heat. Their communication was great, showed up exactly when they said they would, and were so kind and personable. The difference in our heating bill with the windows they recommended is unbelievable. I live in a townhouse and they have very specific terms that have to be met in order to install an exterior door. Bryan was extremely helpful in making sure I had the correct door and that it was installed as per the condo boards rules. It was a quick process where they responded to my msgs, gave out a quote and installed all with in a couple weeks. Very happy with the service and have recommended them time and time again since.
