I fell hook line and sinker for Al's pitch as he claimed to work closely with the customer one project at a time. After paying my deposit for a new pool I started to see negative reviews. Thinking it was too late we proceeded to have our pool installed by "Pro" Pool and Spa about three months behind schedule (Aug 2017). It would have been better if we just cancelled and lost the deposit. To this day (Oct. 2018) my pool is still unfinished to any reasonable standard. Huge wrinkles in the liner and left the pool without a winter safety cover for a full winter. It also seems like the company has folded with the phone disconnected. So much for the warranty... Nightmare and incompetence from this company. In case Al just took a year off I am posting this warning as their website is still up.

Stay away from this Pool company, works great with you (Until they get your money that is, then good luck with any warranty items)

They installed a pool for me less than a year ago. My pool light never worked from day 1. I had to chase the owner for 3 months and he wouldn't take ownership for it. He tried to put the blame on the Landscape Company, saying they must have crushed the conduit and wire with the retaining wall. When I asked Greenscape to come take a look, they realized that Pro Pools had drilled a hole in the conduit and wire with the anchor for the winter cover. Cost me almost $1400 to have it repaired and pro pools owner Al Forsythe refuses to cover the damages. He treats his customers like garbage, trays his employees like garbage (swearing at them in front of me constantly) horrible company lots of other pool company's out there... Don't use Pro Pools. They will take your money and won't ever come back to fix anything. Thumbs up to Greenscape Landscape for actually fixing the Pool company's mistake!

We had an inground pool put into our backyard by Pro Pool & Spa. From the time that we met, and spoke with, Al and Kristy we were believers in their company. Their attention to detail combined with their patience and understanding to our questions were outstanding. Putting in a pool is a major investment and we could not have been happier with our choice.
One of the biggest things that stood out to us was the after service. Over the years, their level and committment to quality service has not declined. The entire team at Pro Pool & Spa is a team that we would choose again and again.

Al and his staff at Pro Pool created our award - winning backyard oasis. Al was involved in everything from beginning to end: the initial design of the pool which included a beautiful waterfall feature (to which he and I hand -picked the rocks for) to offering suggestions for the set up of the cabaña and the surrounding gardens, all while still paying attention to the important finishing touches like deck and garden lighting. It was a complete process. We have received numerous compliments on his work and are extremely proud of the final result. We count the days until pool season at our house!

We had a inground swimming pool installed. They came and put the pool in when they said they were coming, which was wonderful as the kids were really excited to have a pool.. Al kept us informed of the progress and explained things they were doing as they went along. My daughter was very inquisitive about everything and they would take the time to explain the procedures to her. Something that really impressed us was they cleaned the mess up even took pictures as they went along and gave us a album of the start to finish job.

If you're look for a new pool or your pool is need of repairs look no further. Pro Pool is a family run business who care about their customers. They are great for pool openings, closings and any other pool related issues. They always show up when they say they are.
With Pro Pool you will have piece of mind.
