Our dryer had never had maintenance in it's entire existence. Needless to say, there was a terrible lint/lagoon water concoction that came out of our blocked dryer vent...it was horrifying. Not only did Rob save our dryer from an untimely death, but he did so with a sense of humor and great attitude in a messy situation. He went above and beyond what we had expected of his services. Our dryer now dries in a fraction of the time which will be saving us $ in hydro. Highly recommend Freeflo.
