Took extra effort to complete the work in a efficient,professional manner.This is the third year for this service and Robert is now familiar with the building and the problem solving solutions

We had had our condo dryer duct "cleaned" from both outside and inside by the strata provided service our dryer duct our dryer still took several cycles to dry a load of washing. The strata provided service also performed window washing for our building, so duct cleaning was not their area of expertise.

Robert from Freeflo Ventilation and Maintenance recommended a much more through cleaning from the inside. I was worried that the cleaning would be another disappointment. Robert and his assistant moved our stacking washer and dryer out of our small closet, and disassembled the ductwork inside our suite to directly access the duct embedded in the concrete slab. Finally we were able to see how badly the duct was filled with lint that the other company hadn't been able to remove. Robert removed pounds of lint, cleaned up and reassembled the duct work, and repositioned the washer dryer.

A test of the dryer demonstrated a huge improvement, towels now dry in one cycle! Our dryer lint filter now actually collects a healthy amount of lint because the air is actually flowing! Thank you Robert!

Clean Dryer Vent on my apartment suit which got 100% plugged. also replaced a old bathroom ventilation fan with a new one.

Today we met with Robert and Alex from freeflo ventilation systems to clean our dryer vents. Right from the start, both of these gentlemen were very courteous and considerate - which was made all the more apparent when our two sons decided to play outside and watch them / talk with them the whole time. They were efficient, professional, fast and down to earth. It's always wonderful to know there are still real human beings out there in the world who value the work that they do and the people they come into contact with. I highly recommend their services!

The guys were late, but granted it was snowing, and they were very quick to communicate to me that they were running late, which I thought was very professional. Once they arrived, they were quick to set up and explain what they were going to do. I appreciated their work, and thought they did a great job for a fair price.

The hot air from the dryer was backing out of the bathroom vents. Freeflow cleaned the dryer vent line (was a long one) and replaced a broken hose from the back of the dryer. Fast, polite and professional.

Robert was friendly, professional, and fast. Thanks to him we now have our dryer back! I didn't think we needed cleaning because our strata-contracted cleaner had done the work 3 months earlier and when that didn't solve our issues we 'almost' made the mistake of buying a new dryer. After the cleaning was done, Robert explained what went wrong with the previous cleaner and how to prevent it from happening in the future. I will definitely be recommending Freeflo to anyone who needs vent cleaning services.

Robert is very friendly and professional. He showed up at the exact scheduled time and went above and beyond to get the job done correctly. Robert also does roof and gutter cleaning, so we are going to have him back out to do this for us also. Highly recommended.
