Our Navien tankless water heater broke down. John was very professional in assessing the problem and replacing the heater. He was very patient and attentive in ensuring that our questions were answered
we had warmth during the replacement with John supplying heaters for us. Our place was left in a clean state after completing the work. The work was completed on time as originally communicated. We highly recommend John's Home Comfort.
