Called in today with a HOPE to get my restaurant walk in freezer fixed as it wont impact the quality of food.
I told the receptionist that the heating wire is not working as it happened before and I know the issue.
So, TED (technician) came in at 3:32pm and had a look and said yeah heating wire is the issue. Then, I asked him can he fix now and he said NO. I was what you need to fix it and he said the heating wire(similar to the previous one, same brand and everything). So, at 3:53 he told me to pay him $140.12 with tax in and will fix it some other day.
I said when I told your company that its heating wire issue so why wouldnt you bring one with you. He replied, NOBODY TOLD ME ABOUT THIS ISSUE.
I requested him again to fix it today as its just a heating wire. I showed him my previous wire box and he said they gona use the same wire. He said no as he has to ask his guys to order it for him. I told him I will get you the same wire from somewhere around and you please fix it today but he refused to do so and left.
I called the office the the same receptionist told me that he put in his books about the issue. So, who is RIGHT here now?
Anyways he charged me and left without doing anything. Basically he charged me $140 just to tell me what I already know and what i already told the office.
I wont fell bad to say THEY TAKE OUR HARD EARN MONEY.
Being a small local business I will never recommend them. SHAME
