I called for a heating issue with my 14 year old furnace not staying on.
Had no idea what to expect, this was a golden opportunity for Jamison or any other company to rape and pillageas I stated I had zero knowledge
Curt could find nothing wrong with the furnace and starting asking me a whole lot of questions he was not going to leave us cold, I told him I had put a nest thermostat in instantly he new and fixed the problem Curt completely reworked the nest now Im warm his rate for what he did and the time he took to explain was more than fair He could have told me I needed a new furnace , Jamison will do all my future work honesty and integrity is hard to find nowadays
- Approximate cost of services:
- $189.00

PSA for anyone reading this that has a Nest thermostat that's experiencing furnace or AC trouble such as the furnace/AC not turning on, or turning on then turning off again a handful os seconds later:
Check the wiring for the Nest to ensure there's a wire connected to the C terminal on the Nest. Nest's installation literature cites this connection as "optional", but many furnaces and AC systems will behave erratically (or fail outright) when controlled by a Nest thermostat that DOESN'T have said C-wire connection made.
