The owner of this company goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service and satisfying the customer. When it was decided it was time for a new furnace and hot water heater Romaniuk Heating and Air Conditioning was the perfect choice. Two years later we get a pressure switch error on the furnace and of coarse it's on a Sunday. I call and talk to a service rep and he tells me the warranty on labour just expired a week ago and it was going to cost $300. I asked for the owners number and called him and explained the situation. He was at the CFR and said it would cost him money to have someone come out on a Sunday. I said I understood and he said to call on Monday and it would be fixed for no charge. When the service tech finished fixing the furnace he charged my wife $250 dollars. I was out of town so when I found out I called the owner and he apologized and said he would take care of it which he promptly did. So if you're looking for quality and excellent customer service you need not look any further.
