Romaniuk has excellent customer service. Their customer service reps and Residential Manager patiently addressed all of my questions and concerns. A proper heat load calculation was performed so that the new equipment was properly sized for the home. I appreciate the carpets they brought inside the house to ensure the stairs and the floors were not dirtied. The service technicians were very professional and installed the PVC pipes in a way that would not be distracting or noticeable in the furnace room. They were thorough in removing all of the old equipment and accessories that were no longer needed.
