From the very beginning with Chris giving us the quote and Mike D & Harly coming to install, the service has been exceptional. It was an all day install and they were great to have in the house, respectful, knowledgeable and willing to answer all of our questions.

Chris did the quote and was easy to deal with and easy to get a hold of. Luke & Harley did a great job on the install. Everything was cleaned up after & they were very accommodating with any requests I had.

I can't say enough about Romaniuk Heating. Within hours of making the call. Brandy came out and evaluated what work was needed. The next morning Tyler was there. Very friendly young man, he had everything done so quickly. Answered all my questions. I would highly recommend them. Our entire family has used them. No matter what the job, it is done professionally and at a reasonable cost.

Got 3 estimates for needed work. By far Romaniuk was the most thorough in reviewing the work to be done and then providing solutions, along with cost estimates. Chris was very detail orientated in providing that.Then Tyler and Raf the installers did an excellent job in completing the work, all within the stated completion time. Overall a 5 star experience. I look forward to their servicing as needed.

When our furnace stopped blowing on a Saturday, Aaron was here in less than 2 hours. It didn’t take him long to find out what the issue was, and even though he had to go buy a part, he had our furnace working again in less than an hour.

I purchased a comprehensive AC, Heating and Zone Control system from a major HVAC company in Edmonton. After a few years the weaker parts of the zone control system started to fail, specifically the solenoids on the zone dampers.

We approached the company to effectuate the repair. After 3 months nothing was done, they kept complaining about how rare zone control systems are and the parts are virtually impossible to source due to the age of the system (about 8 years old now).

Frustrated with them, I approached a second company. They didn't want to deal with it either, citing no working knowledge of zone systems. I asked them who should I talk to then, they recommended Romaniuk. A competitor recommended Romaniuk, let that roll around in your head for a few moments.

I called Romaniuk, they dispatched a tech the next morning. I didn't ask for a rush service, we already had 3 months under our belt and there was no emergency. I guess this type of service is their normal practice.

The tech showed up just before 10am and by 12:30 it was all fixed, parts purchased, installed, and works perfectly now.

A+ to Romaniuk, F- to everyone else, especially the company I bought the system from. I feel shame I didn't know about Romaniuk at the beginning. Highly recommended.

Installers on time, worked 11 hours non-stop until the job was fully done. Lots of little nuisances with a late 50's house but the guys were terrific installers and cleanup up completely after themselves.

Tyler and Sean were super professional for the install, efficient and on time. Quoting was competitive and done without bs which I appreciate. Will be using them for any future service needed!
