Romaniuk Heating And Air Conditioning

Our two furnaces were getting old so we got 3 quotes on replacing furnaces, humidifiers, water tank and air conditioning last December. Brandie from Romaniuk gave a quote that was slightly lower than the other two, and he did a thorough job measuring the house and windows, looking at the existing ductwork, etc. HE spent an hour and a half; more than any other estimator.

When one furnace died a few weeks later we called Brandie and he got Nolan and Drew to come a few days later. They spent two days installing everything. All three were very knowledgeable and personable, and always answered any questions we had. We were very happy with how things turned out.

However, when the gas and electric inspectors came out, it failed both inspections. This meant calling them back, having to be available for their three return visits (plus one they missed) and the two repeat inspections. Not a big deal but an inconvenience. Still they did a good job and I felt confident that they got everything in good working order.

Fast and efficient after hours service. Called Matt and he was there in 45 minutes. Had my furnace repaired within half an hour. Seemed to take longer to invoice me for the job vs. the job itself. Great Service!

I'd like to say what a top-notch job Nolan and Mike did installing our two furnaces. They worked non-stop throughout the day to get the job done and did an excellent job. Nolan and Mike (and Chris, the estimator) are all experts at what they do. I am very pleased and would recommend Romaniuk and especially Nolan and Mike the installers to anyone who is looking to get new furnaces.

The work performed by Nolan and Mike was fantastic. They were very efficient, meticulous, and showed great care in the work they were doing. They left our house spotless. Nolan and Drew came out today and did a fantastic job repacing my furnace. They definitely take pride in what they do and it shows in their high quality workmanship! Who would have thought a furnace installation could be so aesthetically pleasing??? Highly recommended!!!! Great job!!!

Company went above and beyond coming round to assess and install a new furnace on extremely short notice. Both the assessor and installers were respectful of our time, and home and spent considerable time answering our questions. Company was recommended to us by a friend and we will do the same!

I was very satisfied with Romaniuk Heating. I had a difficult time finding a contractor to do a small job in our basement development project, but Romaniuk was very accommodating and willing to take on the small job. They installed a ventilation fan in the bathroom, and updated heat runs / cold air returns in the various rooms of the basement. They were very professional, and communicated well with their appointments and invoicing afterwards.

Had an old gas furnace replaced. The installers were professional and timely. The work was performed neatly, old ducts and furnace were hauled away. The function and maintenance requirements of my new furnace was clearly explained, and they answered all my questions. Overall I am very satisfied.

Nolan and Steve installed two new furnaces and humidifier, they showed up and finished the job on time, they did excellent job vey efficient and knowledgeable, provided excellent information, explain everything in detail and answered all our questions, they were very professional and friendly, we are very happy with the service they provided and for sure we will recommend to friends and family.
