Our basement furnace had stopped working and our upstairs furnace had lived a long life, (twenty-two years). Bernie inspected our furnaces and on his expert advice we decided to replace them both.
Drew and Nolan installed two new furnaces and a humidifier. They did an excellent job! They are efficient workers!

Excellent response time. My old furnace stopped working on a Sunday late afternoon I called Romaniuk and they were on site 20 minutes after I placed the call. They got the old furnace working again however I opted to replace it because it was old and I didn't want the worry of it failing again in the cold of winter. The staff was very knowledgeable, provided excellent information on the different options and were very professional. The new furnace was installed in less than 6 hours the following week and is working perfectly. I would highly recommend Romaniuk Heating and Air Conditioning!

The crew was very professional and worked very quickly. The only issue was my original appointment had to be changed, due to having the install crew call in sick. This work was being done on a rental property and I live a 1/2 hour away - had to make 2 trips as I was almost to the house when the company called to reschedule.

The company installed a new high efficiency furnace and hot water tank. They ran both exhaust pipes and one combustion air intake pipe through the existing masonry chimney.

The 3 guys that worked on the installation were punctual, explained all the steps of their work and were very efficient and skilled and left the work site clean.

Thermostat was not working and the technician was able to identified it at no time.

The tune up of the furnaces included the technician cleaning out the dust inside the furnace as well. For optimal performance of high efficiency furnaces this is a critical part of the service. Other furnace companies will not wipe out the dust. Romaniuk does a thorough inspection. Their leve of service is appreciated.
