The work was done efficiently and quickly. The installers did their job in a professional manner.

Romaniuk heating provided a quote in May 2017 and honoured it for the September install. They removed my 35-year-old Lennox monster furnace and replaced it with a size more fitting for my 845 sq ft house. The furnace installers completed the replacement with efficiency: chimney liner, fresh air runs, created a fresh/cool air intake on the lower floor and installed carbon monoxide detectors on two floors as well as a digital thermostat. The staff were friendly and when the install was complete went over the basics of maintenance, filter replacement and a week later everything was working well and the replacement passed inspection.

From the quote which was provided by Brandie to the replacement of the products by Bryce & Drew we were happy with the work, the explanation of the products and the time frame which all the work was completed. Would use this company again.

The office staff were very friendly, the person who provided the quote really knew his stuff, and the installers, Bryce and Drew, did a fantastic job. I especially appreciated the meticulous clean-up they did after the job was completed. I highly recommend this company.

Bryce and Drew did an excellent job in replacing the Hotwater tank, Furnace, Humidifier, and installing a new air conditioner. Would recommend this company. Installation took a day and 1/2. Thanks Guys!

We had five different furnace company's give us written estimates. We asked each of them for a price on their mid-range and top of the line furnace. Although Romaniuk was not the lowest priced, they did match the price of another company for the same furnace. Their Residential Manager Brandie, did an excellent job of explaining everything including suggestions such as an extra cold air return and venting through our existing chimney.
Mark and Jordan installed the Lennox SLP98V and the iComfort thermostat in just over 5 hours. They then explained how the thermostat and furnace worked answering all of the questions asked.
Brandie then stopped by a few days later to check the install and see if we had any questions.
The city inspector completed the install process and commented that he has never failed a Romaniuk installation and this company is in the top 3 in the city.
The team at Romaniuk is unsurpassed in their treatment of this customer. They acted professionally during all interactions and to have a city inspector make an unsolicited comment like that is just another welcome observation on their excellent business acumen.
We would and have recommended this company to friends.

The bill much to high. The work not done as it was described it would be done. I will look for other heating company next time
