Romaniuk has excellent customer service. Their customer service reps and Residential Manager patiently addressed all of my questions and concerns. A proper heat load calculation was performed so that the new equipment was properly sized for the home. I appreciate the carpets they brought inside the house to ensure the stairs and the floors were not dirtied. The service technicians were very professional and installed the PVC pipes in a way that would not be distracting or noticeable in the furnace room. They were thorough in removing all of the old equipment and accessories that were no longer needed.

The guys were very curtious. They worked the whole time. Very quick and tidy. They took the time to explain everything to me after.

The gentleman were very polite and even noticed that our old furnace was working and we had no need for a new one! We still went ahead with the instal but really appreciated the honesty!

The two gentlemen who removed and replaced my furnace were polite, efficient and neat in their work. They kept me informed of what they were doing and asked permission for anything they felt might be in question. At no time did I fing them being idle or chatting about anything except the work they were doing. When they were done they explained what was done and why. Everything was cleaned up before they left. The younger one told me this was the best place he had ever worked for and their efficiancy certainly bore that out. They were a compliment to their employer.

Our Furnace went out on a Thursday afternoon and by 6:00pm the residential manager was at our door and started a quote. No pressure to upgrade models and gave us all details in writing We called at 7 and by 9am the next day Brandon and Jordan were begining the install. When I arrived home around 2:00 they were almost finished the install and gave a detailed walk through of the whole system and offfered many extra services for free including a inspection after 1 year and deducting the cost we payed for the service call the day before on the original furnace . Professional work with little to no mess left after they cleaned and vacuumed almost the whole area they worked in. Furnace conked out just before Christmas with cold weather coming. After phoning around with no one able to come, we noticed Romaniuk and its high rating. One call and they came right over, very courteous, professional service. Tech explained everything clearly and was very friendly and quick. WARMTH restored after a chilling night with no heat. A+ experience.

Our older furnace quit in the middle of the week, so it was time to upgrade. We had heard rave reviews about Romaniuk and decided to give them a try. Dave & Mark came over and gave us a quote for a new high efficiency furnace and thoroughly explained everything to us. As we had no heat for 3 days, Dave was able to recruit Mark & Brandon who were willing to work on Saturday to help us out. The installation work was very professionally done. They worked hard and explained all what they had done. They were very respectful of our home and protected and cleaned as they went along. We had a new furnace installed this fall by Romaniuk. We were extremely pleased with the customer service the company provided. We learned of them at Costco and found that everyone we dealt with during the process was awesome! Professional and polite and friendly! Service was prompt and thorough! We feel very confident that we made the right choice and would highly recommend them to anyone. We really love our new modulating high efficiency Lennox furnace too and are happy to have gone with a local company!
