Jared did a great job explaining the products and process, we were able to get the install team we requested in just a couple days. Darrian and Sean did a fantastic job with the install, answered all my questions and made sure to point out some changes from my original set up. They went out of their way to make sure we were happy with install and gave us some really good ideas on placement that I wish we would have had the last time we replaced our furnace's.
Overall I will be using Romaniuk for any future services.

My furnace was producing multiple E2 Error Codes constantly, Julian came over and did a handful of preliminary check, voltage checks, venting slope angles, condensate block and condensate pump check and drainage, to eliminate any other potential conflicts. New pressure switch, fast, friendly service, right from the Customer Service Line, Service manager Andrew and Tech Julian, Highly Recommend!!!

Initially we selected Romaniuk because the price quote to replace our aging furnace was the lowest amongst 4 prices offered. Jarret, the Home Advisor, arrived on time and provided good information and explanations and lfet with the price quote. We added some other needed HVAC alternations and agin through Jarret negotiated a reasonable costing. The installation team - Monte and Josh - arrived and within 6 hours we had an operating furnace. The next day the team arrived again to complete needed duct work. They were polite, courteous and efficient in all respects. The work site was left in the same condition as when they arrived. Romaniuk offers additional warranty beyond that of the furnace manufacturer, including a first year free furnace inspection. The install tem left us with all the booklets and instructions and ensured we knew how to operate the equipment. There is no question that we are totally satisfied with Romaniuk and highly recommend this company to others in need of HVAC service and equipment.

JERRY from ROMANIUK HEATING came over to fix my furnace and quickly got the part from the supplier, installed with no issues and was very professional and efficient about it. Gave me tons of tips about the expected wear and tear and maintenance of my heating unit. Romaniuk Heating responded quickly and at a lower cost when I needed them. I recommend without reserve.

I was having difficulty with my York furnace, Nick came out and let me know there were actually recalls on my furnace. He was very helpful and was able to get the parts on Warranty for me the same day. He was able to drive downtown from the west end before the supplier closed. I would Highly recommend this company and Nick. I cannot say how grateful I am- it was starting to get chilly with no furnace. Thanks again!!

Romaniuk doesnt believe in providing the best customer service and overall workmanship. The unprofessional technician was more interested in using my washroom instead of providing a service. Im trying to get their customer service and they hang up so dont spend money they dont treat you courteously they are unprofessional so protect your property from them .

I have condensation issue and AC was just installed called Romaniuk to set an appointment for after installation service and they sent out Brent he explained what causes the issue and it all make sense. Romaniuk has been my go to guys for HVAC services because they have not disappointed me in any way from Sales through Matt and installation with Darrien and Haden to the service call by Brent everything has been positive. Thanks Romaniuk.
