This was an enjoyable experience from start to finish. Carlos knows his stuff, he is polite, helpful and delivered on time which was an important factor for me as I had company coming from out of town and really wanted to improve the sleeping situation. The price was good and the personalized service was a refreshing change from the "big-box" stores. Highly recommend!
