Carlos was excellent in delivering a product that was well identifed on his web site. I actually bought the headboard sight unseen! Carlos made the delivery and set up the headboard and even took away the cardboard. The item was ordered one day and delivered two days later. How is that for speedy service...I was very impressed with Carlo's business style and he was a pleasure to deal with. We are very happy with the double padded beige headboard. I would highly recommend buying from him.
