I had purchased a mattress a year ago from another store only to find that when I returned to buy it in a King they no longer carried Dreamstar.I sourced out stores that carried this brand and found Sleep Guide.Carlos went above and beyond researching the new name of the particular mattress I wanted as well as going to the factory and bringing a mattress to his store for me to try out.It was available within a week and the only reason I got it later was my schedule.People,all mattress stores are NOT equal!!
