I called Carlos as he is currently in transition moving to another location and had a few questions regarding my intended Online Order. He answered all my questions and backed it up with real-time experience. When deluxe beds arrived, furniture safeguards were put in place and installation was quick. Super courteous to kids as well. I would highly recommend Sleep Guide Mattress in terms of great value for $$$.
