Kitchen cabinet special order

Recently ordered cabinets through Lowes on 130th avenue SE. It has been a terrible experience and I would not recommend using this company for kitchen cabinets. 3 months after ordering and they still have not ordered the one missing piece we need to finish the installation. Communication has been terrible and inconsistent. I feel like I have no recourse since they require you to pay upfront. Very disappointed (and frustrated!).
