After my furnace was red tagged I lined up a series of companies to come give a quote. Of all the companies Reliable was the only one to spend time to look at the area, take pictures and measure. Greg was also the only fellow who came who actually went outside to look at the location of the air conditioner. All the other ones just opened the door and stuck their head out. My options and costs were explained thoroughly to me and all questioned were answered. I booked an appointment for installation that night. The technicians who came explained everything they were going to do. They were efficient and did a beautiful job. The area was spotless after they left.
