I just got a reduced price from the same service guy after I made a complaint, it means they do care their customers and they do listen to the customers.

In general, their service is good, hope they can keep up the good work.

Heating & Air Conditioning review in Ottawa

Unreasonable service charge $200 for install a part that is still under warranty, I think there should be a guideline for this service guys to use.

My washer is Whirlpool had the same problem, a part is broken but still under warranty, the service came to my door and replaced the part at free of charge.

I don't understand how come there is a big difference between this two manufacturers.
