Replacement part for dishwasher

I haven't yet run the dishwasher but the new part was installedand I was assured that it is in working order. I was told that I would receive $10.00 taken off of my bill but the invoice that I just received by email is not showing it. I'm hoping that I won't be calling you in a month when I get my VISA bill.
