My husband and I are very pleased with the level of commitment and expertise with which Mr Appliance addressed our request for service to our appliance.From the ladies that took our call, to scheduling of the appointment, to the completion of the repair, all was handled with the highest level of knowledge and courtesy. Josh, our tech arrived at our home, on time and prepared to complete the service with all he needed including material to tidy up the area he was working around. His company vehicle parked on the street and blue booties in hand, he left our home very proud of the job he had just completed and another very happy client added to his portfolio.Thank you to everyone at Mr Appliance for a job well done! Replacement part for dishwasher

I haven't yet run the dishwasher but the new part was installedand I was assured that it is in working order. I was told that I would receive $10.00 taken off of my bill but the invoice that I just received by email is not showing it. I'm hoping that I won't be calling you in a month when I get my VISA bill.
