Absolutely horrible customer service. If there was an option for 0 star i would definitely give that. These people do not stand behind their products. My sales person was manjinder. I purchased a set of king size box with mattress, a tv, and a tv walll mount. They scheduled two delivery days since the box was out of stock. The first delivery of mattress, tv and wall mount came fine on the set date, July 13th. They promised the box delivery would be the following Thursday and I specifically requested to have it delivered by Friday afternoon at the latest since I had guests coming over for the weekend and they were supposed to sleep on it on the weekend. They confirmed I will get it by Friday afternoon since they get their shipment on Thursday evenings. Friday morning I called at 11am, they advised it will be delivered at 12 noon. I then called around 1pm, no answer. Then called again at 4pm they gave me drivers name and number and told me to call the driver myself. I called the diver but the phone was turned off. I called back BramptonTV & Appliances and informed them the phone was off. They told me they'll call them and someone will call me back in 10 minutes. I got absolutely no call back. At 5:15 I called myself again and now and they're telling me the box didn't even make it on Thursday's delivery. And told me now the delivery will happen on Tuesday. I spent the entire day at home so I don't miss the delivery, and at the end the delivery didn't even make it to the store. I had guests at home but no bed for them to sleep on. I ended up paying almost $80 per night (for two nights) for my guests for their stay at the hotel. I called the store wanting to speak to the manager/owner. They told me they'll get the manager to call me to discuss compensation. To this day i have not received a single phone call. To summarize horrible customer service, prices are not even any cheaper. The only reason we even purchased from them in the first place was because they promised to deliver on the day when I needed, WHICH DID NOT EVEN HAPPEN!!! (PS another bad review posted for them).

Please, please, please don't buy from this people!!!
They are biggest che**er that I deal with in my life, bought Samsung Washer and Dryer. The washer never work from day-1. Samsung says for replacement, store says they will not.
Don't understand for brand new product why they are not??
Going to consumer court, all the best BTA see u there, I will not let u go like that!!

They delivered open box/floor model TV instead of new for which I paid them and when I complained they did not agreed and never replied back.
Please beware of this retailer

We were shopping around for SAMPSUNG 5 appliances and finally went to checkout Brampton Appliance and got better deal than anywhere else. Me and my wife met Mr.ASER . He is nice salesman. We are happy. I strongly recommend this Mr.Aser super salesman(funny guy) and will beat any deal.

We went from Scarborough to Brampton but it was worth it to spend time and gas. If you need me to contact ,ask Aser will give you my phone No. for KishorKumar...

We saved some money and went to nice restaurant on same plaza to treat ourselves.hahahha

I would never recommend this company to buy your appliances from this place. Customer service for these people means nothing. They only want to get your business. We bought 4 appliances from them & they promised at the time of sale that we'll give you $200 gift card in next few days. It's been 5 months now & I'm chasing after them for this issue. I would recommend everyone to rather spend a little more but give your business to the retailer where at least they give you the respect of becoming their customer. All sales people at this place including the owner are rude. They just know how to advertise & get people's money for one time but don't know how to give good customer service to keep customers coming back to them.

Great Experience........I was shopping around at Christmas time and I get a chance to visit Brampton Tv & Appliances. The sales person explained me very well. I was amazed with his expertise so I decided to purchase all Kitchenaid Built in Appliances from Brampton Appliances. As they promised they delivered all my appliances with in three days & delivery people were very cooperative.............no complaints.
For sure, I recommend this place to all of our friends.

Disappointing experience.
The price of the stove was better than any other retailer I could find (saved ~$200) but the customer service was horrible - and ultimately I wouldn't recommend them.
I knew the exact make & model I wanted so it should've been a straightforward deal, but support & follow up was poor. I had to call weekly to get updates on the product availability, I had to phone multiple times to schedule & confirm delivery, and most of the reps I dealt with over the phone were quite rude.
The delivery itself was smooth, but the hassle ahead of it was not worth it.

Bought a full suite of appliances from these guys (Frigidaire Gallery Fridge, Cooktop, Dishwasher, Wall Oven/Microwave, Whirlpool Washer and Dryer). Gave these guys 1 week to deliver - it was for a new home construction and we were set to take ownership in one week. They said yes they can deliver. 1 week goes by, but on the day we were supposed to move in our broker calls and says mortgage not approved. Very angry at that, but ok. So we get another week. We call the appliance guys and tell them, they also get another week. On the day after we move in - the day the appliances were supposed to arrive - nothing happens. WE call THEM and they say they don't have the cooktop or the fridge and the wall oven will be coming in 4 days!

We saved $2000 with these guys. I would rather have spent the extra $2000 on someone who follows through and provides updates with you having to prod them!

choosing Probir as our Sales Person in your Store for purchase of all our Appliances was the best decision we could have ever made , we were so lucky to have him . Probir's expertise and guidance were instrumental in the flawless purchase of our Appliances for our new first Home , his remarkable advices on what we actually need and don't need was very helpful . His patience and undivided attention to us in spite of store being busy and lots of calls on his phone , he was focused with every client was impressive and he worked flawless under pressure . we will happily and without Hesitation recommend Brampton TV Appliances and Mattresses to all our friends and family and always look for probir to give you best deals along with best and honest guidance to buy Appliances.

This guys are not trustworthy, will never recommend anybody in future. I bought Frigidaire Gas Stove from Brampton TV & Applainces, this guys displayed $1499 and told me he will sell it for $ 1199, while same stove was selling in Sears at $989. I went there for price match and they said oh yes we will return you the difference however till today I haven't received credit in my credit card. How can there charge appears in my credit card while no refunds while both transactions happened same day. I am calling them everyday and they come up with excuses like he is not authorised to refund and person who is authorised in on leave.....Don't believe them they sell products at higher prices.
