Appliance Resurrection

Karl is very responsive and is an honest repair/install guy. He came and assessed the Samsung dishwasher and told us that doing a repair was going to be the same cost as buying a new dishwasher. We decided we wanted to try to get a few more years out of the dishwasher, apparently Samsung's have a life expectancy of 5-6 years, we decided on the repair hoping to get a few more years out of the dishwasher, only for Karl to discover an even bigger problem while doing the repair, so we caved and bought a new dishwasher. Cost without taxes included service call and dishwasher install.

Our washing machine broke down, not for the first time. Kyle came to check it out and instead of charging hundreds of dollars to fix it, he recommended buying a new one. He showed me what the problem was with our current washer, and why it would cost even more money within a year or so. He was also nice enough to recommend preferred washer brands and good places to buy them. All in all a very pleasant experience and we will absolutely hire him again.

The problem first needed to be diagnosed. Then it needed to be fixed. Karl did an awesome job making sure we identified the issue before ordering a new part which was needed in the end. Working great now!

Karl came and inspected my dryer - downtown toronto - diagnosed the problem, then came back a few days later with parts and fixed it.

We needed the washer door casket replaced and Karl offered the best service we could have asked for. He came within a couple of days, got the job done without any issues - no unexpected costs, no unstacking of the appliances required. He was very friendly and professional.
