After I sent several requests for proposal to different companies, Jafar was very responsive and came to my place to carefully review our existing central air heating system before preparing a proposal. This step established clearly that our old furnace was oversized for our house and that our existing ducts would be sufficient to install a new adequately sized high efficiency furnace coupled with a heat pump to provide air conditioning in summer and heat in winter. The proposal was clear and complete with no hidden cost (ex: The new 240V electric cable for the heat pump and the new programmable thermostat were included, material and installation labor). Jafars team showed up at the mutually agreed date and time.The entire work (removal of the old furnace, modification of the main distribution duct and complete installation of the new equipments) was performed in less than a day.
