Powell Painting

We are happy to recommend Powell Painting of Vancouver to residents wanting their home painted, indoors or out of doors. They are very professional, and they employ excellent painters. They are very conscientious and do an excellent job. Once they'd begun to paint they were here every day without fail.

We used Tanja for some painting in our home. She uses Benjamin Moore paints which we love! Yes these cost a little more but in my opinion it's such a nice paint.

Tanja is a total spitfire! She really knows her stuff when it comes to the renovation process. I like that she has an educated opinion about the choices you're going to make in your home.

Definitely do not hesitate to hire Powell Painting for your renovations. They have a large crew as well so they can handle bigger jobs more quickly which is super handy.

Just had of Tanya's painters to my home to paint the ceiling (which was very high) and the skylights. They were professional and friendly, covered all my furniture and walls and did a great job. Will diffently call Tanya again and recommend her to others.

A big house and a big project! Tanja came and helped us give the place an amazing face lift. Her attention to detail is impressive. The colours were picked carefully to match existing features and holes and cracks were mended perfectly. It feels beautifully light and fresh, I could not be happier. The team was very respectful and tidy. We feel that Tanja and her team went above and beyond what you would expect from a paint job. She has been an incredible resource in helping us find people to fix and improve this house.

We would highly recommend Tanja Powell and her painters for any painting project. We got quotes from several companies and chose Tanja because she very detailed oriented and left us with the feeling that she could be trusted and that she would not settle for anything less than perfection from her crew. During her walk through to see our requirements she noticed several things that needed to be addressed that the others painters did not notice. From start to finish she was flexible and willing to accommodate our requirements. She was very instrumental in helping us decide on a colour pallet and we are very pleased with the final result.

Tanja's quote was very professionally done with each stage of the process specified in great detail. We knew exactly what w were paying for, there were no "hidden costs". Tanja made 3 trips to our condo with paint samples, which we appreciated very much, since we were having trouble "seeing the larger picture". Seeing the samples on the wall helped us make our final colour decision.

The crew, led by Ron, were excellent. They were punctual, accommodating and trustworthy. They have obviously been well trained by Tanja since her attention to detail was reflected in their work. Any little inconsistencies which were noticed were taken care of immediately and with patience. We appreciated the fact that they left the condo in good shape when they left each day.

Tanja and her crew did a fantastic job with the exterior of my house. Tanja's help was indispensable when I had to choose the colors, and she followed the work with great attention to details . Her estimate was very detailed and I felt I had made the right decision picking her company for the work. I could not have asked for a better person to work with: she was punctual, honest, patient and very professional. Her crew mirrored all these qualities. Evidently she carefully chooses the painters she hires.

Tanya is a very personable woman who is meticulous about her work. If she does not paint it herself she ensures one of her staff completes the work to her high standard and your satisfaction.

Tanja and her team were really amazing. They painted high ceilings that other companies were too scared to do. Plus I trusted her enough to leave her with a key to do the job while I was on vacation. Really nice to come home looking forward to a new paint job!
