We hired this contractor to do a condo renovation. He made serious errors with the electrical, violating electrical code, leaving most outlets ungrounded, burnt out GFI in kitchen, boxes unsecured and filled with "spaghetti" wiring. The painting of windows and walls were also deficient. He refused to return to repair the deficiencies after receiving payment in full (our mistake) and demanded more money for repair.

$36,000.00

This contractor made errors with the electrical, the plumbing and the painting and did not stand by his work to repair the deficiencies. After we agreed to an inflated price he kept demanding more money. We eventually had to find people on Homestars (for example, Solutions Electrical) to repair dangerous mistakes.
