Tony was hands on and monitored his team every day. He answered all our questions With patience. He also assisted us with our neighbour that didn't want to share the cost. The wood choice is good but not top quality as we didn't pay for cedar planks. However, the job was done quick and without issues. When you leave a message for Tony he always calls back. And when he says he will come by to fix something he usually stops by the next day.

Had fence done upon insistence from my neighbors. Job wad done very quickly. They used an electric auger which does not go 4ft deep. They said you don't need exactly 4ft. I find that they (Tony and Soso) lack on experience and customer service. They installed crack posts at eyesight instead of putting it on the side or turning it around so everyday when I look out my patio straight at my fence there are 2 large cracks running down the posts which is an eyesore. I complained about that and hey said they couldn't dig up the post and change it but they said they will come with wood glue filler to fill it. That has been end of July and now we are end of October. Each time I call he said he'll come but they never comes. Also I found a loose board and he said that he'll fix it. Still not done. I would not recommend them but if you do, please stay and check on their work as they are doing and make any changes right away before the wood or concrete is set otherwise you are SOL.
