No payments until he would view the LG washing machine, and provide an estimate for total repair. If I were to not accept the estimate, I would still have to pay $80 for the service call, which would be waived if the estimate was accepted. Mike came at 8PM, had the defective part. The LG washer was repaired and running within an hour. Real courteous and professional.
