Bathroom fan

Joel came in September, removed the old bathroom fan that vented into the soffit, installed an awesome new Panasonic extremely quiet fan, and vented through the roof. We are very happy, the job he did was worth every penny. Quality parts, and quality workmanship. Thanks Joel.

Bathroom Ceiling Fan Issues

I can’t say enough about the great customer service and pro install by this company. Joel is very knowledgeable about bathroom fan installs and takes his time to explain any problems or issues you may be having with them. He completed brand new attic ductwork and new install of fans (because the original ones were so badly installed we had lots of condensation issues) in my home and I have had absolutely no more issues with condensation or water leaks. I was extremely happy with his work and wouldn’t hesitate to use his services again.

No problem Gary, those ceiling fan wireless controllers have a tendency to eventually fail but your fan motor is solid and runs beautifully now!

Bathroom fan replacement x 4 and garage exhaust fan install

Joel was amazing. Really knowledgeable and did great work! I would definitely recommend him to anyone. Bathroom fan installs and replacements are his niche but he was great with our garage fan installation as well. I have very high standards and I felt he did top notch work. Will definitely call him back.

I'm so pleased you hired me for the job. Bathroom ventilation is one of my passions! Of course bathrooms are not the only part of the home that need ventilation and I am always willing to provide solutions for garages (and other areas) which often have humidity concerns do to vehicle snow and ice melt.

Knows everything needed for replacing bathroom fan

Last summer I needed replacement of my second floor bathroom fan (which also serves as household ventilation fan) as it was failing and becoming much noisier. Joel replaced it with a much quieter and higher capacity Panasonic fan. He also replaced the duct to the roof vent with a larger, higher capacity diameter. It all works much better and quieter now. I would recommend Joel to anyone with a ventilation fan problem.

$700.00

I'm glad you mentioned the new roof vent we upgraded. While most existing vents are satisfactory for airflow delivered by a modern bath exhaust fan, some are simply too small. Whenever possible we use 6 inch diameter ducts and roof vents with ample sized outputs to keep air velocity down and air volume up for maximum performance and minimum noise! I am very happy you like it :)

Bathroom Fan Installation x2

Looking to get a bathroom ceiling fan installed (cutting through the roof required) I searched the internet for companies that had experience / specialized in this service and came across Marshal Electric. I filled out “get a quote” and received a phone call that same day. Joel had introduced himself and reiterated what my request was and suggested he come out and scope out the job. He arrived that night, scrambled around looking at the roof and looking up in the attic and then informed us of the work, recommendations of type of fan, hoods and hours required to complete the job. We then had questions re our other washroom fan and requested he change that one out at the same time and without hesitation, the job was added to his work order.
Joel was very professional, through and clean. We are extremely happy with Joel’s quality of work and the fan recommendations, they are extremely quiet. We would definitely recommend Joel to anyone who is looking to replace and or install a new fan into their home.

$1,400.00

Replace 3 bathroom fans on second floor of house.

I found Marshal Electric searching the Internet for this type of service. After seeing all of the positive reviews I decided to call. Joel answered the phone immediately and booked an appointment to come give us a quote on replacing 2 bathroom fans and repairing a leak around a goose neck vent. Joel was very professional over the phone.

Joel came to the house and gave us the quote which seemed reasonable for the amount of work and quality of fans. Joel was very easy to talk to and explained everything in detail that the job involved. Because of his knowledge, experience, and good personality we hired Joel for the job.

Joel arrived at our house at the predetermined time. Joel had to climb up on our 2 storey house to inspect the goose neck vent. The inspection showed there was nothing wrong. Joel started on the rest of the job by climbing into the attic and removing the old material. Through an honest discussion with Joel we decided to replace the leaking vent fan as well. Joel provided upfront and honest suggestions to fix the issue.

In the end Joel didn't charge us for having to climb on the roof. The cost of everything he did was very reasonable after seeing all the work that was involved.

Joel went above and beyond with the job he did, the cleaning up after, and the products he used. I would recommend Joel to anyone look for this type of service.
