Tyler is a hero!!!! I moved into a home less than a week, the first time I used the dryer I smelled something burning and then noticed extreme moisture in the laundry room to the point where there was moisture running down the walls. I knew something was not right. I contacted Tyler to determine if the tubing was clogged with lint. Well, Tyler discovered much worst than that. The home was missing the entire ventilation tubing. I panicked as have two small children at home one with asthma, Tyler stayed back with the help of his son for almost 4 hours and installed the proper tubing. Not only I am extremely pleased with the work done but I am extremely grateful to Tyler for all the work he did to repair what could have been a very dangerous thing. I recently purchsed a new dryer with a flow sensor. After several uses it stopped working and gave an error message that the duct was 90% obstructed. After some research I called Dryer Vent Wizard.The owner, Tyler,arranged a next day appointment. He arrived on time and made a very thorough inspection. He also explained clearly what was required. Firstly he brought to my attention that the existing vent was incorrect. He then inspected vents pipes in the attic and then went outside to complete his inspection. The vent exits above the second floor so it is quite a
height. He found the side wall vent was broken and that we had 2 bird's nests. He took photos to show the problems and did a test
check the air flow. After clearly explaning the inspection I authorized the recommended work. This was done neatly and efficiently. He showed me the after photos and a second air flow test indicated a massive improvement. I am totally pleased sith the quality of work and attention to detail. During a previous dryer repair (made by another supplier), the tech had mentioned that the permanent kink in our semi rigid aluminum dryer vent would likely cause dryer performance problems (or failure) in the future. He recommended Dryer Vent Wizard as a potential source of a remedy. The vent in question ran up the outside wall between the foundation blocks and a wood panel wall on the inside. I can clearly remember replacing an old plastic vent with the aluminum one roughly 20 years ago... and how I had nearly no skin left on my hands by the time I was done. It was a very awkward tight fitting situation. In other words... I was not anxious to tackle this job again.

Tyler's son, Leighton, was actually the tech assigned to our job... and he was an absolute delight. He arrived at our house 30 minutes prior to the appointment time (after calling first to insure that this would be OK). Personable, clean, funny, knowledgeable and hard working... Leighton recommended a total replacement of our existing vent in order to meet current code... as well as a brand new anti-pest solution on the outside wall. We quickly agreed and he went to work. Less than 2 hours later, we had a brand new, code friendly dryer vent solution and we simply couldn't be more satisfied. We moved into our house that had two laundry rooms both were not properly venting, one being gas and the other electric. After we knew there was an issue I contacted dryer vent wizards. After explaining my situation and booking an appointment for first thing the next day the owner/operator Tyler called me immediately and instructed me not to use any of the machines until he had arrived and inspected them. Thankfully we caught it in time but our gas dryer was backed up and burning lint every time we turned it on not to mention the possible CO2 leaking back through the improper venting system. I'm so glad I did! Leighton came out and immediately discovered a fire hazard as the homeowners who had renovated the house prior to ourselves had used 3 different types of venting, causing a major fire risk.
