Mike was hired by me to inspect decking boards on multiple units of a condominium building in the Beaches area of Toronto for removal and replacement of weathered and damaged structures.
It included stairs, railings, and separation fences.
The project involved many different owners, and was a challenge to organize.
I was fortunate to have Mike on site, as he was able to coordinate and carry out all project requirements. This resulted in a satisfied completion, with compliments from condo board members and management.
Mike is a great asset.
