We needed to finish off our basement to have more usable space. After checking with 5 contractors we chose Lee with CLB and have no regrets! He made mudding look like an art and easy & the finished room looks great! Lee is very easy to get along with & listens to what you want. He's a good guy and honest, a pro at what he does.

We have an unfinished basement - Main open area, 1 Bathroom, 1 BR, 1 Den and the Stairway. CLB drywall did the drywall install, knocked down ceiling, mudding, sanding and priming. Lee is the owner of CLB Drywall & Decor. I shopped around 5- 6 different drywall contractors before deciding on Lee. For 2 main reasons: He was highly recommended by a friend of ours and his price was by far the most reasonable. You shouldn't just get the cheapest quote whoever you use. But that CLB had the best quote and came highly recommended made up our minds pretty quickly. He finished everything on time and within budget. He was very respectful of my hardwood floors, walls and property, taking measures to ensure they stayed protected. All without my asking. He's very friendly too and listens to what you want done. Our basement looks awesome after he was done with it and we're very happy!
